When she first came to me about starting her own business, I recommended starting with a business plan. From her rudimentary concept and my own investigative research, I was able to put together a professional 16-page business plan with an executive summary, company overview, business description, market analysis, operating plan, marketing & sales plan, and a financial plan.
I showed her I wasn’t afraid to roll up my sleeves and work hard to help her achieve her goals. The picture to the right is a 3-ton sandbox that we built for the daycare. We also put up a new chain link fence as required for state-licensed daycares and trust me when I say that is no easy task.
We saw the business through a messy first year when a wastewater pipe split diagonally across the entire business space…
…and helped build Koala Daycare into a reputable brand.
Today, Koala returns the favor and helps invest in other Brant Endeavors.
